When you submit content (reviews, server listings, comments, media), you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant hytale.GG a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform
• Are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• Agree not to post content that infringes on others' intellectual property

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading server information or reviews
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Spam, manipulate ratings, or engage in vote manipulation
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape or extract data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

5. Server Listings

Server owners who list their servers agree that:

• All server information must be accurate and kept up to date
• They have the right to list the server
• Their server complies with applicable laws and regulations
• hytale.GG reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action if we determine, at our sole discretion, that content or behavior violates these terms or is harmful to the community.

7. Intellectual Property

The hytale.GG name, logo, design, and original content are the property of hytale.GG. Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. hytale.GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any server listings, reviews, or user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hytale.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
